Dow Jones Back to 27,000, Hang Seng Weighed by US-China Tension
The Dow Jones Index climbed to 27,000 on upbeat earnings. The Hang Seng Index fell after the US ordered a closure of China’s Houston consulate. The Offshore Yuan is under pressure.
