COT-Biggest Change in Silver Positions Since 2004
Last week, the net change in speculative positioning (net sellers) and commercial hedgers (net buyers) was the 2nd largest in history. The only larger change in positioning (when speculators were selling) was in December 2004. The implication is that speculators have given up on the upside, which is bullish.
